Don Allen
Don Allen country music singer songwriter musician, born and raised on a dairy farm in New Zealand’s North Island grew to love country music and become heavily involved in it. This was mainly due to a teacher who used to sing and play guitar to his pupils.
It kindled Don’s interest in country music from the age of ten. Country music began to flow in his veins. Noticing that Don Allen was always keen to participate in the sing-a-longs the teacher offered to give him some guitar lessons which of course Don accepted. He also started listening to two Jim Reeves and Slim Whitman LP records found in his parent’s old record player. And now, five decades later, his love of this music has become a passion.

Performing with the best and at some of the best venues this very accomplished songwriter has won many awards and accolades along the way including many songwriting awards. Becoming signed to CMG Records in Nashville in 2013 was the pinnacle of his career.
